after graduating from csu chico 1989, jeff went to sacramento looking to get started as full-fledged graphic designer. after spending several years freelancing at ad agencies, TV stations and other design studios, the decision was made to start his own studio.
In the summer of 1994 he and a few other like-minded designers decided to come together and share both studio space and creative ideas. it was then that stump removal graphics was born. 15 years later “stump” has seen it all.
